We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Bulk Sales Manager to drive large-scale sales operations, build strong B2B relationships, and expand our business reach through strategic partnerships and effective account management.
Position: Bulk Sales Manager
Required Experience: 01 – 03 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and pursue bulk sales opportunities in B2B, institutional, and enterprise markets to achieve revenue targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for bulk and volume-based business deals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Negotiation & Closure: Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure profitable and sustainable business growth.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
• Brand Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand awareness and partnerships.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or Manager in bulk or B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of sales planning, negotiation, and client management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Qualification:
BE, BBA, MBA, B.Com, or any related degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
