We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to oversee and manage our company’s purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of products, materials, and services while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting smooth business operations.


Position: Procurement Manager

Required Experience: 01 – 03 years


Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.

Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and budget requirements.

Purchase Operations: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisitions, quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing.

Inventory Control: Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand, monitor stock levels, and ensure adequate supply chain management.

Cost Optimization: Analyze purchasing trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate procurement records, ensure compliance with company policies, and adhere to legal and contractual obligations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of goods and services.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with market trends, supplier innovations, and best procurement practices to enhance operational excellence.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or Manager with a solid track record in vendor management and cost optimization.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, MS Excel).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of procurement laws, contracts, and compliance standards.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.


Qualification:

BE, BBA, MBA, B.Com, or any related field in Supply Chain or Business Management.
